Pop Superstar ANDY LAU (Running Out of Time) leads an all-star cast that includes ANITA MUI (Rouge) and SANDRA NG (Portland Street Blues) in this sizzling musical comedy directed by Andrew Lau (The Storm Riders). Wah (Lau) is a superbly gifted ballroom dance instructor who appears to be kindhearted, but in reality, he is a mean and stingy crook. With dwindling attendance at his studio, Wah is therefore overjoyed to have rich social queen Tina (Mui) as his latest student. At the same time, frugal and dull-looking waitress Kam (Ng) also joins Wah's dance class. Only one of them will eventually change Wah's life, and make him realize that dancing is much more than just making money.
